The Good Of Existence

From afar, I will love you—
from the quiet distance
in which love is longing and desire, constancy.

From the divine place
where the good of existence is to be
eternity and seems to be absent.

Who needs to explain the moment and fragrance of the rose,
which persuades without any arrogance?

And at the bottom of the sea,
the star, without violence,
fulfils its truth, owes to transparency.
