On Hating

Man loves to hate while hating being hated. People are born with a penchant for intensely hating people in other communities, while at the same time everyone has a deep-seated fear of feeling self-contempt. People's hate-filled actions are currently emotionally liberating to the practitioner, the problems that existed within man---before hatred was expressed in action, are dispelled. For the moment, man finds inner peace, the inner torment takes a break, only to return even stronger. For people, the hate-filled action is a release from pain, for the recipient, it is like being swallowed by a black hole. Clearly, man is a hypocrite, when hatred is directed outward, the feeling is euphoric when hatred is directed inward, the feeling is devastating.

Hatred is born with a chemical hook like the most addictive drug, with no objective value, which determines whether hatred turns into a positive force against change or a destructive force against pure and devastating devastation. Hatred is a bodily sensation, whose reaction creates thoughts, thoughts whose voice tells man that the cause of the feeling is external actors, that man himself is innocent and not a party to the cause of hatred: “it is because of that disgust… combined with the driver who stressed me to fall on the bike this morning...as my hatred and anger go over my surroundings and prevent me from being productive!" Man refuses to accept that hatred and anger arise as a reaction to experiences, not of the experience itself, and he refuses to realize that he has the ability to not react---or at least act differently to the emotion that arises. Hatred is suffering, and suffering can be minimized, but human beings are more likely to actively increase suffering by responding to their sensations.

People often react with magnifying negative experiences in their consciousness during misery and a desire to feel hatred is created. Man's unhealthy desire to remain in the feeling of hatred and anger is like inflating a balloon to the breaking point, instead of blowing once and letting the air puff out and then blowing again. By excluding oneself from the equation to the origin of hatred, the inner misery is projected on external objects. Hate is stored in the cellar of consciousness, only to accidentally implode and secrete the misery and hatred stored in the basement on a random occasion. This is the only end of hatred and misery not tackled with the head first. May man realize that hatred is not created by external actors, hatred---all emotion, arises as a result of sensations in the body and must be considered accordingly. The human parasite only wants to hate when the outrage is directed outward.

Man should hate himself for who he is, and love himself for who he can develop into. Man should not hate himself for his qualities, man should instead disgust herself on the basis of the blessings he has been blessed with, but wasted on meaningless amusement. Hatred is a destructive force if hatred is not neutralized or turned into productivity. The destructive power of hatred is curbed by the fortresses of consciousness, its barricades and walls prevent the burning hatred from consolidating the core of consciousness and depriving the individual of all power to control the direction and aim of hatred. A fortress whose gates are open and unguarded is like a magnet for the burning armies of self-hatred. Awareness of the empty fortress of consciousness spreads like a wildfire, the fiery red armies of self-hatred are quickly attracted and flow like a river of lava inside the fortress wall, whose destructive power leaves only ashes and dust before the lava continues to the next weak point of defense.

May man never commit acts whose consequences create unguarded fortresses, may man never allow hatred to devour his alive. Instead of channeling the feeling of hatred and using its sensations to construct fortresses in all corners of consciousness, manning its walls and barricading its gates, the good man must not allow himself to be consumed with disgust, but may instead swallow the hatred with conviction.

Truly, there is a myth about self-contempt: that self-hatred is unhealthy and should be avoided to a great extent, this myth is unquestionably the foremost weapon of society to mutilate its inhabitants and impose a mental handicap on them. Disability counteracts the individual's journey towards achieving an enlightened state. Self-hatred is very much a positive force, never because the unique feeling of hatred injects people with energy to change positively, rather because all the forces whose energy for the individual towards developing are good forces, regardless of where the energy originates. Self-contempt is the biological fuel that the human machinery travels forward with, the hate is even the powerful sense of shame the individual is filled with after apologizing for having shown bad behavior that he did not get his morning coffee. When a person worthy of his name commits such an act, the individual undergoes active self-examination, which always culminates in the realization that the individual himself is responsible for his fraudulent behavior and should apologize rather than create explanations. May never place responsibility on objects or other people. The man whose mental capacity is insufficient will continuously accuse and project his hatred to external actors. If one wants to use hatred healthily, one needs to neutralize the flood waves of hate---to allow hatred to exist and not react to its attractiveness. This is the first step towards being free from hatred and instead of spreading goodness and positive vibrations around it. For those people with strong positions of defense against the flood of hatred, neither hatred nor prosperity exists.

Self-hatred assumes the form of a destructive force when the contempt hints at man's innate, inherent qualities. Such contempt is false, false contempt uses man's unchangeable qualities and accuses them of being worthy, reprehensible, purely worthless, that such hatred is false---inevitably worthless, is indeed a constant.

The horrific experience of self-hatred is by no means a conglomerate of negative emotions and attitudes. Self-contempt is the depression-inducing, hollow experience of total meaninglessness, manifested in bodily and cerebral expressions: Self-hatred is muscle twitching in the body, the sensation of the bowels of the stomach twisting into each other into an endless knot whose pain is not even the most experienced. Significant emptiness arises in the body from the feeling of self-hatred, whose inexistence only holds the feeling of disgust and inadequacy. Man is undoubtedly aware that responding to bodily sensations with feelings of hatred, disgust, and desires will have negative consequences. Despite this, he allows himself to be consumed by the destructive forces of hatred, like a swimmer who goes to a high tower, jumps from it, and with magnificent posture maximizes the depth of the dive, right down into the abyss of hatred where he is swallowed up by the killer whales of darkness.

Man chooses to actively satisfy his need to feel hatred and disgust; he chooses to---consciously or subconsciously, dive to the bottom and surround himself with the apex predator of hate instead of focusing his attention elsewhere. Parts of man enjoy the misery, he thinks, “I know!”. Man identifies himself with his emotions as if negative emotions are part of man's identity and personality, unaware that misery shares common characteristics with all sensations: the emotion arises and it disappears. Never allow self-hatred to embrace human existence, may human thoughts relate healthy to hate, there are limits, discover them! Man does not develop unless he is encouraged to develop. Man will make mistakes where hatred takes control over short periods, in this situation it is critical to continuously work to reduce the period hatred has control over man. May man not consider himself a gladiator or mythological hero who can trap Time with immediate effect, may he instead be the steadfast turtle who unequivocally marches at a calm and still pace along the path of development. May man in time realize that misery, hatred and striving do not fall from clear skies and land on man, nor that misery like a bee heat persecutes and attacks man and imposes misery and pain on him. May man instead realize that misery---as well as happiness and enjoyment, arises from within, and man himself must deal with these emotions.
