On Darkness Of Mind

Rarely is the human condition characterized by lasting exuberant happiness, rather the basic state is grey and indifferent --- with the absence of joy as well as suffering. In cases where man's basic attitude is characterized by joy and happiness, the individual's subjective experience of the condition is not positive. The condition would be normalized, and thus described as indifferently, as grey as the average person would describe his general condition. However, a state of constant misery is not a state of self-perceived misery. When the person deviates from the normal state to the positive or negative, he moves along the pendulum between happiness and suffering. As man travels along the path of suffering, he enters the domain of emotional darkness.

Man's lack of competence to identify and sort his qualities causes himself to fall into the emotional darkness. The emotional darkness is the emotions people are easily caught up in: unhealthy thought patterns, negative thought spirals, unprovoked hatred, lack of focus, obsession, undue paranoia, unfounded irritation, restlessness, and excessive anger. Thus, through thoughts and feelings, man has the power to influence and change over time with the help of discipline and strenuous work.

The individual is locked in a cage, a cage whose fence is created from his characteristics. The individual must find the key to the cage's lock to escape captivity. Clues to the key's hiding place can be revealed by looking in the direction it hurts the most to look in, searching the places it receives the most to search, questioning what his intuition is ordering him not to question, being brave in those situations It is most difficult to be brave in some difficult times. Man is made up of an individual, and each individual is a composition of various characteristics: biological, social and psychological. Man's unique composition of attributes is the foundation on which the development of dynamic factors is based. The individual's unique composition of properties has no actual value in itself, but what is invaluable is how man uses these qualities to maximize his own potential.

One of the cornerstones of optimizing the human condition is to liberate oneself from emotional darkness, yet the ability to identify one's individual composition of traits is only a puzzle piece in freeing oneself from emotional darkness. If a person is unable to identify on his own how the various pieces of the puzzle should be placed in relation to each other or can identify the characteristic of the puzzle pieces symbolically, the person cannot complete the puzzle and unite his individual. When the symbol on the puzzle piece has a recognizable property, it is required that the puzzle piece is placed in the order in relation to the other puzzle pieces. If this is not achieved, chaos arises, and the individual's characteristics remain a cage that isolates his individual. To break free and dissolve the metaphorical cage that embraces the individual, it is necessary that man identifies, meets, conquers and integrates the characteristics the cage represents. Indeed, this is a step toward being free from the emotional darkness.

In order to create the basis for the optimal human condition, the will is required to identify its deficiencies, and then the ability to respond to its inadequacies. Performing such an internal operation is time-consuming, it requires an open mind and extreme endurance, people are not born with this ability --- it needs to be developed. Liberation from the emotional darkness will never happen in case the human eyes are locked to the light in the tunnel, instead, man needs to look at the darkest part of the darkest forest, then to march steadily towards the darkest forest grove in the darkest part of the darkest forest --- for only in the dark traces of the individual's flaws can be found. These traces guide man to the key that can unlock the cage of emotional darkness --- where the individual is locked.

The following text does not describe truth, nor the facts, the text is rather a sequence, constructed by a man who, at an early age, walked along the paths of darkness and then descends into the abyss of emotional darkness: Visualize a man involuntarily placed under a waterfall, a waterfall where every drop of water feels like lead bullets, lead bullets filled with negative thoughts and feelings. Where human consciousness is like an upside-down umbrella --- an umbrella that collects the lead-heavy water drops. The human being is under the waterfall for a long time, where --- during the waterfall, strong negative emotions, to the extent that the lead-heavy water droplets are joined together with the human individual like a parasite until this condition is perceived to be a personal characteristic, the individual becomes infected.

By disciplined meditation, by eagerly and ruthlessly looking at the direction the stomach feeling roars: “Here is nothing of value!”. By searching through the most lifeless forest area in the darkest forest, the individual has been liberated by man. The cage of emotional darkness has been located, the key to the cage has been found, where, in a moment of bestial strength, the individual finds the courage to leave the endless paths of darkness. No longer is the individual trapped in a cage, the individual has devoured the cage and joined it, though a cage with understanding, insight, and control over the properties that now exist inside the cage. No longer is the individual paralyzed by negative feelings and thoughts, these anxiety-provoking satanic spirits coexist with the individual --- though it does not drag him down into the darkest of the abyss.

Through lifelong struggles, negative traits have been transformed into forces over which the individual has total control. Involuntarily, the upside-down umbrella of consciousness still stands beneath the waterfall, filled and constantly bombarded with water drops. Although the water droplets no longer feel heavy, nor filled with negative emotions and thoughts; The water drops flow like water along a river, quiet and relaxed, decorated with dams sporadically placed that manage to block the heaviest of water drops.

The individual lives in symbiosis with its former cage, but no longer takes the shape of a prison, the eaten cage is elastic, with the ability to expand and shrink. Along the floor is a large smooth mat laid out, where on most puzzle pieces have been placed in a logical pattern, with room to add more puzzle pieces. The biggest challenge is identifying and placing the first puzzle piece. To develop the ability to understand what the symbol represents, where the key to the cage can be found, how its fears can be met, how human intuition can be challenged, to learn to walk along the path of the greatest resistance --- and greatest reward, indeed this is the purpose of liberating away from the emotional darkness.

The inside man is a part of the army of darkness that represents the unchanging...the true darkness. True darkness is that which cannot be dispelled no matter what changes man undertakes, the true darkness is primitive, wild and uncontrollable. In this darkness lurks a furious monster with direct access to man's subconscious, such a monster exists within all people on different levels. The true darkness cannot be nullified, reconstructed or altered in any way through individual strengthening work --- as long as your heart beats, as long as your consciousness and cognitive functions exist, the true darkness also exists within you.

The emotional darkness is malleable, although the process of change is often unbearable and sometimes hopeless, while the true darkness is indeed hopelessness manifested. The true darkness is created in the years of youth; it is created, and then like our body parts grow. For happy people, darkness ceases to grow when darkness conquers the left hand, but for the most unhappy people, darkness does not stop gnawing on the human body until the whole individual is consumed by darkness. In the event that the human body grows faster than darkness spreads its poison, the armies of darkness are immediately dispatched to conquer the spotless area in order to bring the area under its own banner, for these people --- the hopeless, is total darkness inevitable.
There is no key out of the true, total darkness, man is consumed by darkness, he will remain in the dark. The total darkness is a dead-end, like a dead-end, there is a road leading in, unlike a dead-end, there is no road leading out. Immediately after man has passed the gate of darkness, the road is blocked --- now beyond salvation. The more time a person fumbles blindly along the paths of the emotional darkness, the greater the risk he is exposed to being contaminated by the true darkness, to eventually be consumed. Even among the most hopeful people - the adults-only whose left hand is under the control of darkness, are the people who allow themselves to be eaten alive when darkness knocks on the door.

Whether true darkness controls the left hand, the left forearm or the entire left arm, man has throughout life learned to cope with the degree of darkness the individual has strengthened. As man wanders along the paths of emotional darkness, the risk of being located increases, and ultimately, is consumed by the true darkness. Once in the dominion of darkness, the individual needs to realize that it is in unexplored territory, that true darkness is gnawing along its arm --- that darkness is growing inboard. The tools and strategies man has learned during his life's work to tame and control the darkness can be rejected --- they are now useless.

The boundaries of true darkness have been expanded, the right arm of man has fallen under the control of darkness, at this stage immediate action must be taken in order to stifle the blood flow of the right arm; as it prevents darkness from marching on. May man strive to strengthen his individual and create a powerful barrier to protect from the darkness of the future --- for it never disappears. May man look to the horizons he never looked at, may he search the darkest of forests, question the beliefs and develop a powerful individual, protected from the abominable gap of true darkness.

Can the bearer and the viewer of the true darkness regard the true darkness as something other than a curse? Can the bearers of darkness interpret their inner darkness, their bestiality, their brutality - their subconscious monster, as something other than a curse? Can the viewer of true darkness perceive the bearer of darkness as anything but a man who has resigned his humanity? True darkness owns parts of man, and there is no cure but certain properties within darkness can be used to drive the individual's development forward. For this, man is required to approach the true darkness with small, silent steps, and with incredible reverence and caution, save the traits worth saving by dragging them along the dark paths into the light, leaving the decaying cadaver to the vultures. Unambiguous reverence and caution are not only a requirement but are ultimately necessary for human survival. If a man views true darkness on the basis of an attitude characterized by carelessness, indifference, and carelessness, nothing of value will be extracted from the true darkness, this man dies, decays and is eventually swallowed by the dangers of darkness.

Man must never allow the army of true darkness to conquer an extra inch of the individual. May the individual be a stronghold equipped with a defense apparatus to defend himself against the dragon of darkness. The dragon is powerful, but it can be tamed, although when approached with contempt and carelessness, the dragon will surely become human death. Only with moral precepts combined with total control over the ferocious power can the monstrosity of the dragon be used in the name of goodness, a human being's lack of ability to tame the dragon leads to its monstrosity being used for evil purposes. The true darkness is thus like a double-edged sword --- capable of damaging and rescuing, the power can heal as well as destroy. With the blessing of the dragon, man can proudly carry the burning sword, but the man lifts the burning sword without the dragon's blessing he swallows alive and the consequences become devastating to its surroundings. Using this endless power carelessly is like using a gun that always inclines. Man should wonder if an attempt to carry and swing the burning sword is worth the horrific risks it entails, can man surely know if it is ready to use the true darkness for goodness? Indeed, the answer to this noble question is: no.

During the twenty-third year of my existence, my individual was under siege of the true darkness, centimeters by centimeters, I experienced how everyday life was more and more covered with darkness, with fewer windows that let in light and with fewer holes that let in air. Through the emotional darkness, I walked the ridge between mountain peaks, I climbed its mountains without a protector that could catch me when I fell. Indeed, it was inevitable to fall into the abyss --- to lose the bracket from the steep mountain edge, and then to be besieged by the true darkness. Well down in the abyss, there existed only an impenetrable carbon black curtain, sometimes flashing strong eye-shaped lights against me from all the darkness of the darkness, eye shapes with orders securing my hopelessness.

Demanding along the abyss' mountain walls, the echoing sound of the dead birds of darkness tore at my already worn soul. Slowly I regained my strength, the paranoia diminished over time, the echoing sound of the dead birds turned into a sound as sweet as bird-twitter. With my right hand I found a graspable root over the mountain edge, with my growing strength I clamped my fingers around the root like a tiger attaches its claws in its prey. From the light I found strength, with conviction I dragged my body up over the edge of the mountain and into safety, I looked down at the abyss where darkness yes for several months fumbled in, like a phoenix I rose from the ashes, out of the true darkness. Once in the light, I promised myself never to allow the true darkness to increase its control over my individual. As a constant reminder, a symbol was carved along my ribs, the motif of which is a reminder: Never walk too long along the paths of emotional darkness, do not welcome true darkness, for whatever reason. No matter how depressed, anxious or suicidal you are, remember the hell you crawled up from, and never return to the abyss of darkness.

The ferocious, hellish jaws of evil constantly nibble on human flesh. The subconscious monster regularly injects the man with the impulses of violence he is forced to fight in the gladiators' arena until the consciousness fails to visualize another opponent to defeat. The consequences are devastating: outrageous violence, murder, brutality --- pure and cutting implosion of morality, control and discipline. The sky is covered by thunderstorms, and many flashes, paranoia, fear, pain, torment, and worry are thrown down into the individual, like the eternal thunderstorm, the true darkness is everywhere in the individual --- the fear, the pain, the torments, and the turmoil never disappear. This darkness populates and covers every millimeter of the individual's existence like a black bedspread; the thunderstorm seems to have no end.

May man develop to his utmost capacity and wipe out the emotional darkness, then turn the darkness that is impossible to wipe out to reduce suffering. Let the transformation be the starting point for a changed thought pattern and behavior. May his individual be developed to the extent that his defense mechanism diverts vicious, immoral thoughts, like a water thrower, diverting water from the palace's façade. May he carry his individual with phenomenal strength, let his exuberant impulses be his shield and his self-strength, his spear, may his protection against darkness be a false hope like with dark vision, with spears and shields in every imaginable direction, bloodthirsty and ready to defend the individual against the imminent, true darkness, in both daylight and darkness.
