Bengali Poetry (Translated)

Unused Lines

I am that line,
which perhaps you have heard somewhere,
yet never used in any poem of yours.

I am that word,
which you've always taken for granted,
though you don't truly know how to spell it.

I am that feeling,
which clings to your whole body in tender grace,
and yet you have never been seen with it till now.

I am that dense darkness,
where you long to drown and survive,
knowing well that drowning is not easy.
