176. Living always in fear of someone's cruel words,
how hard it is to make a home with them—
no one but the sufferer can understand this.

is like death itself.

is like that cross-eyed
beauty;
everyone thinks
she smiled
just at me!

Whether I understand or not,
I speak.

Whether I speak or not,
I understand.

I neither understand
nor speak.

Even making the exact same mistake,
not everyone gets away with it.

Different people,
