I'm ready to translate your Bengali poetry into English. Please share the Bengali text you'd like me to translate, and I'll create a literary translation that captures the essence, voice, and emotional truth of the original while maintaining natural, idiomatic English that reads as literature in its own right.

Those who delight and then depart

Those who go about pleasing everyone,
 everyone mocks them,
 everyone dishonors them.

But no one stops to think, not once,
why they became this way today,
when a person surrenders their very self.

 At life's beginning
 when someone suffers
deprivation at the hands of others,
 becomes prey to deception,
 prey to threats,
 prey to cruelty,
 prey to rejection,
 then slowly they learn
to negotiate with their own limitations,
 molding themselves
to suit others' convenience and desires.

 This is truly heartbreaking.
Before we speak ill of them,
 let us also look
 toward that pain.
