Helping others builds mental strength. Those you help—you'll find that when trouble comes, they're nowhere to be found. Then you'll have to solve your problems yourself. Naturally, this builds even greater mental strength. Think about it—it's all profit! So help people; even if they turn against you in your hour of need, still help them. Even better, keep them in your prayers. For building mental strength, nothing surpasses prayer.
Do they keep coming after you? Let them! Do they spread unpleasant lies? Let them! Ignore! Ignore! Ignore! Never make the mistake of explaining yourself to the wrong people. Instead, invest your time in building yourself up, in moving much further ahead. Those who lag behind you—in position or mentality—of course they'll come after you! Those who stay ahead or keep moving forward simply don't have that kind of time! Without doubt, forgiveness is superior to revenge. It saves time and increases strength, because weak people can never forgive.
Help others.
Keep yourself safe.
Let everyone remain in your prayers.
You'll see—you won't find many people around you with greater mental strength than yours.
What's the point of settling scores with people? Let all accounts be settled with God. Peace, peace, peace!
