The Indecipherable Malady

Blood sugar levels?
Not elevated at all.

Urine, stool?
Completely normal.

Anything found in the blood work?
Everything's fine there too.

X-ray done. Lungs absolutely perfect!
Blood pressure... that's fine as well.
Nothing wrong with the heart either.

So where did the trouble begin? What causes such pain?
