Being this close to you...
leaves me terribly restless.

Do you know,
when you shower me with too much love,
the whole weight of your happiness
seems to fall upon me?

What if I cannot bear that weight?
Will you still hold me close,
crushing your pain within?

Coming too near to you
frightens me so—
the fear of losing you.
