I had posted asking for book recommendations that would make one melancholy. Many comments came in. I got names of many books. I haven't read most of these books. So, without really knowing whether these books are truly melancholic or not, I've just copy-pasted and made this note. What helped me most in creating this note were two Word files sent by a well-wisher and a female well-wisher. My gratitude to them.
I humbly request my friends: please comment and let me know which books in this list won't make you melancholy at all. Also comment about what other books might fill the mind with sadness. We will keep in this list only those books about which one can say: Once; never again.
Certainly, many people commented on that post who possess the infinite talent of becoming melancholy for no reason at all—those who would cry even reading Shibram-Mujtaba. Based on comments, we will remove those books. Thank you.
