The Beauty of Silence

Our silences are the true teachers,
words only add to the clamor.

Some things live in our heads, with meanings at least we can grasp,
even after meeting someone, we keep searching for those same things in them!

Sometimes from the crowd drifts such noise
 that leads us astray, then
night's blow lands squarely in daylight,
and we understand—nothing more can be done...

Sky or heaven, even they have learned to survive today, so
I see joy stirring in the icy wind...in that very silence!

Some mistakes, some memories, some sleep, some dreams—all of this is life!
People pull too much happiness, bring too much sorrow...is any of this necessary!

Today you too are silent, I too am silent.
Let's see whose grief makes the rain fall first!

Come, let the two of us stay quiet together.
So many words are still waiting to be heard!

  1. দারুণ উক্তি। তবে,সুখ কি জিনিস সেটা অনুভবে আমার অনুভুত হয়নি। দুঃখের কণাগুলো জড়ো করে সুখের পাটি বানাই। শ্রদ্ধা স্যার।
