I'm ready to translate your Bengali poetry into English. Please share the Bengali text you'd like me to translate, and I'll create a literary translation that captures the essence, voice, and emotional truth of the original while maintaining natural, idiomatic English that reads as literature in its own right.

Rain at the End of Waiting

Are you getting drenched in rain today?

The feeling of being soaked in downpour,
the fragrance of your wet hair,
gathered on your eyelashes...
a single raindrop,
all of this I love so deeply.

Will you once, by mistake, hold me close
and tell me 'I love you' in your trembling voice?

Why didn't you come?
Who else tends to your drenched heart
with such care, tell me?

After all this waiting, the rain falls,
yet you do not come.
