1. There is truly no greater teacher than experience! We read many things in books. Reading brings us joy, sorrow, wonder, excitement. Because after reading books, we construct plots in our imagination. We assume that such-and-such place in our fantasy is like this, such-and-such environment is like that. But in truth, experience contains no fantasy—experience is entirely real.
2. Without knowing how to forgive, it is never possible to establish a relationship with peace.
3. Simply having money is not the solution; knowing how to spend it properly—that is the real solution.
4. Rather than lamenting "I wasn't given special talent," it's more useful to think, "If I had talent, where would I keep it!"

8. "When you know someone completely, they're no longer appealing"—this saying is common among lovers. One should not try to know the person they love, but discover them. Setting that aside, we try to know the person. That's why after knowing them completely, we no longer find them appealing. But if one can discover a person, then day by day, little by little, the amount of affection for them will only keep growing!
9. When we truly love someone, we cannot tell them in time. When we finally learn to speak it aloud, we can no longer love anyone that deeply. And ultimately, the person we're compelled to spend our life with—we don't love them. Yet we try in various ways to convince them and everyone else in the world how very much we love that person!
