Bengali Poetry (Translated)

In the secluded drops of gentle rain

Let them fall like rain...
some memories, some moments.

In tears that last but minutes... how much pain can dry?
In love so fierce... how far does distance stretch?
Why do beloved melodies wait... silent in expectation?

Though we know we'll never meet again—
let reverie come in the quiet drops of monsoon rain.
