will it touch me a little longer?

My breath upon your lips...
will it linger a little more?

My hurt within your eyes...
will you let it mingle once again?

In your love...
how much longer will you shelter me?

Running your hand over this half-dead body...
how many more times will you grieve?

Holding me close against your chest...
how many more nights?
