Bengali Poetry (Translated)

Crossing the Darkness

Nearly dying, I found you
I found you...
At the close of a breathless dream,
in the soul's cry—
at the moment of creation.

You only said, love me.
Behind weary clouds
I left a handful of white roses in your name,
and suddenly, in prayer,
I found you.

Through the silence of black night's darkness
you came into my world.
