I'm ready to translate your Bengali poetry into English. Please share the Bengali text you'd like me to translate, and I'll create a literary translation that captures the essence, voice, and emotional truth of the original while maintaining natural, idiomatic English that reads as literature in its own right.

Breathless

In this crowd of masked faces, survival itself is a burden today!
This face of mine bears only one mask — my name,
no second disguise exists.

I don't claim to be utterly simple; but terribly straightforward, that's true.
Even without scheming and plotting, I see myself losing constantly!
I understood later: to win in this city
takes a hundred percent cunning, scheming is essential.

Where even thieves are thieves, and saints — they're just more honorable thieves,
there I have only a few more days left, at most!

Well, I remain, because I must remain!
For the stomach's demands, like me,
so many people die daily.

You've kept no account of this, I know.
You've ignored the tears of sub-humans like us.

Why would you keep track? You've fallen to greed today!
So you're forgetting, while digging others' graves
you're digging your own!
