Bonsai of Thoughts (Translated)

Bonsai of Thoughts: One Hundred and Ten

1. Quran, Gita, Bible, Tripitaka...
Whatever you read or don't read,
If you don't govern your mind,
All of it is in vain!

2. Sin—it dwells in the mind!
What use is searching for sin
In body or ritual?!

3. Victory is dharma,
Dharma is victory.
The decline of dharma
Happens through conduct alone.

4. This day is truth's day.
This day is dharma's day.
This day is victory's day.
This day is endurance's day.

5. Sorrow... it will remain!
Victory... it will come!
Effort... it will be needed!
Dharma... it will awaken!

6. If you don't slay the demon in your heart,
What joy is there even in conquering the world?!

7. Why seek demons in idols,
When demons exist in deeds?

8. Everyone worships the Mother,
But how many receive her grace?
Only one who understands this truth—
Dharma means offering oneself in action.

9. Victory on lips,
Loss of power in deeds,
Fear of ignorance in mind and brain—
Such people face only defeat!

10. Whom we revere,
Whether great or small,
What does it matter
If we remain small ourselves?!

11. One who commits injustice without discrimination
Bears the burden of justice in their very hands!

12. Dharma is not so fragile...
That it would be destroyed
By mere clothing or food!

13. In guru's robes,
With a fool's brain—
Neither dharma emerges,
Nor karma.

14. Dharma exists for humanity,
Not humanity for dharma.
Action alone is true dharma,
Through action, humans become human.

15. Whatever false ego has gained,
Let it be surrendered in victory!

16. Don't seek Mother in straw or soil;
If you truly wish to find Mother,
Search only in the heart!

17. Dharma becomes paramount
Only when you yourself are not insignificant.

18. One who has no progress in action—
What dharma can they have?!

19. If you go to Lanka,
Don't become Ravana—
Become Ram instead!

20. The victory of dharma...
Lies in creation, not destruction.
In honor, not condemnation.
